Introduction

The high-speed dual-station stacking machine is a core forming equipment for next-generation high-performance prismatic and pouch cells. It utilizes two independent pick-and-place systems synchronized with high-speed linear motor drives to achieve microsecond-level pickup, visual alignment, and alternating stacking of positive and negative electrodes in Z-fold or pouch-forming paths.

Its scientific perfection lies in maintaining ultra-high speed (e.g., 0.2 seconds per piece) while employing multi-sensor fusion and submillimeter-level full-range control to ensure absolute millimeter-scale alignment accuracy and millinewton-level consistent interfacial pressure during the stacking of thousands of electrode layers.

This constructs an ideal electrode stack with uniform internal stress and tight interfaces in three dimensions, establishing a homogeneous foundation beyond winding processes for enhancing volumetric energy density, fast-charging performance, and cycle life.
